Today I was literally about to record a video about the importance experiencing silence when for some unknown reason I felt the urge to change my message to one about speaking your truth more consistently. So I closed my eyes for about thirty seconds and came up with a message that I feel can enhance your life as well as your ability to connect at the deepest level with those you care about most.
I invite you to watch this short video I prepared for you and I’d like to leave you with this thought: A big challenge many of us fall prey to is to mistakenly believe in the illusion of an endless and predictable life, when in reality life can and often does change in a heartbeat and without notice. So my gift for you today is really a gift you can give to yourself if you are courageous enough to risk speaking your truth regardless of the final outcome.
