Bern, this is such a beautiful "awakened moment," and I love how you share the simplicity of shifting that one degree. It reminds me a lot of the works of Abraham which encourages us to be fully authentic with ourselves and to not reach for ecstasy when we are in the depths of despair, but rather to reach for the "next highest thought."

So from despair we can actually reach for anger. From anger we can reach for frustration. From frustration to apathy...apathy to complacency. Complacency to contentment...and contentment to joy.

Just one step at a time - but keep making those tiny shifts up and YOU WILL overcome.

Thank you sweet friend of that beautiful reminder!P.S.You were in my dream last night! You and my boyfriend had just met and were talking in another room - I overheard you and it prompted me to apologize to my boyfriend for not being conscious of something I said that had upset him. Then he and I were hugging and you were just smiling and so happy to see us coming from such a place of love! So even in my DREAMS you're challenging me to live a full and conscious life! :)

@Sabrina at MyMiBoSo Thank you so much my friend for this beautiful feedback. I LOVE this concept of next highest thought, had not heard of it so clearly and I thank you for bringing clarity to this concept :) And I love being in your dream and virtually meeting our boyfriend. I have no doubt I will meet both of you in person in the not so far away future. In the meantime I really appreciate our soul connection and the incredibly generous contributions you make to my work and my life. Love you Sabrina.

@yourgreatlifetv You're so welcome! If you haven't read it yet, I highly recommend Ask and It Is Given by Esther Hicks - very straightforward and easy to absorb (and implement!).And YES we shall meet soon in the physical realm - and in the meantime, I'm forever grateful for the soul connection :).
