This is great Bern...and since everything that is REAL is in the present moment (and the past a regret or memory in our minds), we truly can change our past by simply changing the way we feel about that memory, transforming a regret to a growing experience.
I will admit that this isn't always easy - it has taken me years to energetically let go of past relationships - but once I did, I immediately felt deeper and more connected to my true self again.
