How Brightly is your light shining lately?

Today I have a simple question for you: How brightly is your light shining today? My video today focuses on what practical steps you can immediately take to ensure it shines as brightly as possible not “someday” in the future, but now. Is anything stopping you from sharing your light with humanity? I challenge you to find out how easy can it be to change or enhance your own flame.

Last year my life was so amazing it made me shine so bright. I just shared the joy with everyone. But for the past couple months, my light has been dimmed a bit. I've been struggling with a couple personal issues that make me lose my way. But I'm not afraid. I know I'll get back to being the vibrant light I can be/am. Just realizing during the day I'm not shining as much as I could be makes me shine a bit brighter. I sometimes have to put a little effort into it but it's always for the greater good. Although I'm afraid that "forcing" myself when I'm not feeling that good might cause me to send some negative energies around. What do you think? Thank for always reminding us of our Greatness and keeping us on the shining track :) You're definitly a huge permanent firework.

Jess, First of all welcome to my vlog I appreciate your warmth and your honesty. Life is ALWAYS peaks and valleys and it is normal to not feel upbeat all the time. My message on this post is more focused on daily connecting to all the reasons why your life is a gift today. IT's about DEEPLY feeling the emotions of the things that you are head over heels crazy about at least twice a day. I get that you don't want to force it, I would not recommend that. It's not really so much about forcing yourself to feel great as it is about releasing the "crap" in your mind that is not allowing you to see and experience and feel your truth. Once you connect with your truth a lot of what is bothering you goes away and allows space for new and fresh and beautiful miracles to flow in. Thank you so much for taking the time to watch and comment and would love to hear back from you as to if this makes sense or if there is something else I can answer that may help you out more. Bernardo...Sometimes I shine so brightly I scare myself, other times my light is so dim..I struggle to find myself. I find that often this is effected by my sleeping patterns, nutrition, how much time I spend in silence just being with me. Its weird...in order to share your shining light in the world, you have to make it a priority to care for yourself, then you glow from within. Bernardo...I have been absent from your goodness lately, but you never fail to inspire and revive me. Thank you

Hi Stacey, I could not have said what you just stated better! :) I absolutely agree with you. You can only shine brightly when you are taking care of yourself. Silence, sleep and health are crucial to tapping into your heart. The one key that I've found can surpass any of these three is a deep connection to a higher purpose for which you'll do absolutely anything. Why I do what I do? We we're made to be amazing. There's absolutely no reason why we shouldn't be. We have the potential to become so much. "I am not on this earth by chance. I am here for a purpose and that purpose is to grow into a mountain, not to shrink to a grain of sand. Henceforth will I apply all my efforts to become the highest mountain of all and I will strain my potential until it cries for mercy." - Og Mandino It might sound selfish but I do what I do for my personal growth, that's how I shine the best. As a mommy I need to make sure I do. The reason is me but my motivation is definitely my son. When I do that I can take care of my son better. I don't want him to think there are any limits. I think when we realize that... that's when we shine the brightest. I know there are always worries but if we focus on them and the stresses of life we're only going to become more stressed. I'm not saying disregard whats happening, act accordingly but let the worries roll like water to oil. Focusing on great things and always giving thanks with gratitude, help me stay shining bright. :)

I don't think doing things for personal growth is selfish at all especially when that personal growth has a bigger purpose than just yourself, your son. I too do a lot of what I do to provide my 2 sons with an example to follow. It wakes me up early and keeps me up late!
