Every time my ego tricks me into forgetting, I watch one of your videos Bern and remember my truth...I have the choice every day in every moment to shine love and receive love and to let those I love know it!That's it...it's not about me getting together the "perfect" website, growing my coaching practice, or any of the other "things" or "to do's" on my list. Those are simply manifestations when I come home to my truth and simply be a vessel for love. Thank you, thank you, thank you my friend.

Well, that was a karmic-kick-upside-the-head kind of way to start my day.
As always, Bernardo, thank you for sharing in ways that remind us just how precious life is. Is is so fleeting and uncertain, and yet so beautiful if we choose to "write the beautiful story."
There are small things we can do each day that make a real difference - to us and to the people we love and the strangers we touch with kindness. It's so easy for people to get caught up in unimportant distractions. We should stop and think about each moment and the treasure it can hold if only we open our eyes to see it.
