The most powerful way to solve a problem

In life there are real and unreal ways to solve problems, but unfortunately the distinction between both ways is not always easily identifiable. This video asks you to make a shift in consciousness in order to immediately and effectively deal with problems in an honest and lasting way. If you really wanted to, how could you take charge of your problems today?

My message today is simple: Reconsider the true purpose of problems and how to recognize and deal with real vs unreal problems.

Happy Monday Bernardo! Now … I have an even better grasp of your response to me about "my problems and being alive", aahhh! I am totally with you on this. When my child says to me, "I'm starving" I say, "No, a child in Africa is starving; you're just hungry." Starving is a problem; hungry is just a feeling or an inconvenience. I don't really have any problems, just a heck of a lot of inconveniences! ;) And I don’t want to know any real problems, so just keep those inconveniences coming – I’m ok with that! ;) As I reflect upon the past two very challenging years, I know that in the grand scheme there have just been stumbling block and opportunities to discover more of my strengths. People may feel differently looking at my deal, but it’s all how I’ve chosen to handle it. Those issues don’t rule me or make me who I am. I choose to look at in the right light and move past through them with little fanfare. Do I wish sometimes for a lighter load? Heck yes! Sometimes it feels like I’m using a spoon to dig out of a hole that has me mostly buried, but heck a spoon still works right?! In time that shovel will come I know! ? You put “solving” problems in a very good perspective Bernardo, but geez this is your gift putting things in realistic, neato perspective and making us think about it! You’re awesome as always!! Blue skies, Elena

Hello Bernardo, Leading a full conscious life is the name of the game. We miss too many wonderful things when just sleepwalk through life. And you are so right that perspective is critical and we have a tendency to blow everything out of proportion. Great video Riley
