The Myth of Aging

Most human beings have a deep rooted belief that to age means to become less flexible, endure less, get tired more easily. Today I share an example that will help you realize that what’s common is not what is normal and that there is an alternative to what most people experience.

Bern, this is such a beautiful message and a topic so very dear to my heart.  My Mother has always had such a youthful and empowering spirit and now, at 65, she continues to live her life as she always has.  Age has never really been a consideration for her in any of her endeavors.  I have recently written a post for Tiny Buddha on this very subject and I can't wait to share it with you over the next few weeks.

My Husband's Auntie has this week also passed her driving test at the age of 53 as well and we are all so so proud of her.  Another great example.

What a tremendous inspiration Sister Madonna Buder is.  It can be done! So why are folks not doing it?  Thank you again for another great post! I deeply hope it changes some lives :)

Bern, THANK YOU for sharing this and being a spark for others to wake up to the limiting beliefs holding them back when it comes to the power of the BODY. We are having this glorious physical experience, and though it will end one day, we have the choice to make it as FULL for as LONG as possible! The most powerful bodywork of course as you mention starts within the MIND...simply believing it is so.
