Hi Sophie, I think sometimes selfishness is born out of a lack of connection with ourselves and at some level we all do some of it. The key is how do we recognize it in time before it's too late to change. Because I am so passionate about creating change in my life and love to help out others do the same, I have both purchased and seen tons of these full films (they run about 1 hour to hour and a half) to understand at a practical level how to create change. You are right, leading a memorable life starts with honest and clear communication with yourself and then translates into an opening of your true heart towards others. The beautiful thing about the whole process is that we have the key to literally create changes that we've been struggling with for years, in a matter of minutes. It is just a matter of trusting that change does not have to be difficult or lengthy if we are able to tap into the right emotional place and through it change our model of the world.
