3 Immediate ways to reverse aging

Reversing the aging process is not rocket science, the three ideas shared in this video are easy to apply and yet can create a dramatic difference in anyone’s aging process.

This video discusses three easily applicable processes through which anyone can slow down and even reverse their aging process. Biological and chronological age often don’t match and by proactively engaging in age reducing activities, we can ensure that our biological age always stays under our chronological one.

Good basic suggestions, Bernardo. I know that reducing stress is an important thing -- I used to experience a fair amount of it when I was working at jobs I didn't like, and it affected my health. As you say, it's much better to be doing something you love each day. And even if your job is stressful, the exercise, breathing, and friends recommendations will help. Regarding the whole anti-aging thing, you (and your viewers) might be interested in a video presentation that Dr. Michael Rose gave at the 2010 Immortality Institute International Conference. It can be seen here: http://telexlr8.blip.tv/file/4225188/ Basically, Dr. Rose, an evolutionary biologist, set out to research his hypothesis that aging cannot be stopped, but instead he found that it can be. He's also written books, such as "The Long Tomorrow: How Advances in Evolutionary Biology Can Help Us Postpone Aging." If you want to investigate the biological side of anti-aging efforts, it's pretty interesting stuff. Of course, having a fun life helps a lot, too.

Eric, Welcome to yourgreatlifetv and thank your for your thorough comment. These three suggestions I gave here are very basic and I would like to gradually go into more meaty stuff, but I figured that most people could benefit with even these easy yet applicable ones. I will definitely check out the video you suggested as I love to go deep into science to understand the "why" always. You might enjoy Dan Buetner's ted talk on how to live to be 100+ http://bit.ly/fCfYHA. and Andrew Debrey's talk too on We can avoid aging http://bit.ly/gtaAsx I really appreciate your visit and hope to see you here again sometime soon. -Bernardo
