This past weekend I finally got sick from a weakened immune system that has pushed hard for the last few months but gotten little sleep. Sleeping enough hours is a way for your body to function at an optimal level. When we sacrifice sleep to “get more done” our body catches up to us eventually and we end up paying an expensive price with our health.
