Breathing into gratitude means allowing the gratitude in your heart to radiate outwardly to the people you get to touch. This is not done by something you say or do but rather by who you are. My challenge today invites you to breathe into gratitude right now.
HAHA! Bern! You make me laugh! I don't think I could ever hang out with you. My cheeks would hurt too much from smiling.
Wanna hear something funny? I'm on my couch yesterday and I was watching the trees out the windows and I thought, "It's so cool that they exist for me to enjoy. They are there every day." Ha! Just a fun gratitude moment.
I went to cut my dad's hair in his nursing home this morning, and you're right. I really was feeling and thinking grateful thoughts (just simple stuff, nothing profound) and as soon as I came in he started to radiate my joy back to me. That was fun.People really do pick up your feelings so it's vital to practice focusing on uplifting ones.Maybe that's not how to say it. But, you know what I mean.
Everything has shifted for me in the last month or so... a few set backs due to tiredness, but all-in-all a good shift. It is so true that you attract what you are (not just what you want. That's different) and the rest, the stuff that doesn't compliment you, falls away.
Don't know how I missed this one. It didn't come through my email. Maybe it went to spam? HA! Hope not, 'cause I'm not checking! LOL!
Have a fun day!
@CrossBetsy Sweet Bestsy, this comment did not appear on my stream until today so sorry I did not respond until now. What you described is so beautiful that it painted a clear image in my mind of your moment with your dad. Further than that It painted a beautiful picture of your life in the last month and the embodiment of this truth about attracting who you are not what you want. Betsy, watching you grow and blossom has been an incredible blessing in my life. I am grateful for your giving presence and want you to know that it does not go by unnoticed. Radiating love from the bottom of my heart to your soul.
Love,
-Bern
