Great stuff, Bern. What this says to me: live in the present. In the present, you can't compare your current weight to the future weight you hope to attain. You can't judge your current income against what you hope to make or what you used to make. Without the past and future to compare against, you're left with this moment, where you have everything you need.

Since sometimes being present is an abstract concept to grasp, letting go, detaching from expectations and outcomes is a bit more actionable. This is amazing Bernardo! I never thought of it this way - would I trade in recognition, money, etc etc for happiness?!?! You've got my brain exploding with this new thought. Detaching is another way of saying "letting go" right? Loving this video my friend!

@Lori :) Detachment is surrendering to what is and the simultaneous process of going for what you want without needing it. Setting an intention without being sad or pissed if it doesn't play out the way you expect. Loving someone enough to let them be free to not need them in your life. It's a concept that as this mentor said can take 10 minutes to grasp or can take an entire lifetime. Thank you so much for making this message your own. Lots of love
