Whenever I hear someone who is experiencing a lack of love in her life, I often think about how unbelievably easy it is to turn this around. Today I share a simple but profound way to experience more love in your life than you ever through possible.

I love your invitation Bern to give first WITHOUT expectation! Expectation is that tricky thing though that the ego tries to trip us up with - simply giving for giving sake can open the flow back from others, but it might not necessarily look the way we expect. In my experience, what I find is that the simple act of flowing love though makes all the "need" for love from others gently pass away - or at least feel a lot less painful.

@Sabrina at MyMiBoSo Dear friend, sorry for taking this long to respond, when I moved over to my new site I lost a few comments from my last 5 posts and I just recently regained them ;) You are right the flowing of love diminishes the illusion of our need to receive love from specific people in our life. Not only that but it becomes impossible for love to flow through without experiencing it first. As you also point out, this is easier said than done but it's one of those things that WILL make a lifetime of difference in your ability to live a fulfilled life or experience a sense of lack.
